How it works

  • We work with your team to set up a vaccination data feed.
  • Patients can expect a text/email from Healthvana after receiving 
their first dose (optional).
  • Patients have access to a digital vaccination record that 
will be accessible online for both the 1st and 2nd dose.
  • They’ll receive multiple text and/or email reminders about your 2nd vaccination dose and educational content (optional).
  • Reminders will be customized based on which manufacturer's vaccine patients receive
  • Patients have the option to add their vaccination record to an Apple Wallet and/or Google Pay.
  • Our patient support team handles all digital vaccination record related inquiries including record updates (e.g. mistyped name or DOB)
  • Option to bulk message your population post vaccination as well (e.g. booster or vaccine manufacturer updates)
